Who is responsible

What we collect

We collect information you submit through forms or email. If you allow analytics or advertising measurement, Google also receives technical visit data as described in section 05. There are no user accounts on this website.

• Enquiry form: organisation, contact name, email, and the consignment details you describe.
• Call booking: name, organisation, email, the time slot you pick, and a phone number if you choose to add one.
• Email: whatever correspondence you address to us.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, arrange the call and prepare a quote. These are steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To run the sanctions, licensing and end-user checks that export-control and customs law require before a consignment is booked (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To keep a record of correspondence about enquiries and movements (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• With your separate consent, to understand website visits using Google Analytics and to measure Google Ads advertising (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw either consent through Cookie settings at any time.

Where it goes

Enquiries and booking requests are delivered to our info@ mailbox, hosted with our provider in Slovenia (EU). We do not sell the information you submit or use it for direct marketing.

Information about a consignment is shared with the competent authorities and specialist carriers only as required for the movement, by law or by the engagement. Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement is provided by Google as described below.

Cookies, storage and fonts

Analytics and advertising measurement are optional and can be selected separately in Cookie settings. Google Analytics (G-0Z79JMG36K) is configured only when you allow Analytics; Google Ads (AW-996254634) only when you allow Advertising measurement. If you reject both or make no choice, the Google measurement script is not loaded. The website and its forms remain available.

After consent, Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, visited page, referral information and cookie identifiers; advertising measurement may also use advertising click identifiers. Analytics helps us understand traffic sources, visits and use of the website. We do not send form entries, names, email addresses or consignment details as measurement data. Page URLs are sent without their query strings or fragments; only restricted campaign labels may be passed separately. Google Signals, enhanced conversions and personalised advertising are disabled in our website configuration.

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in its privacy and data-transfer information. See the Google links below for processing and retention practices.

Your selection is stored on this device under cbd_consent_v2 for up to 180 days to remember your choices. Earlier advertising-only choices do not grant Analytics permission. After the respective consent, Google may set analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_0Z79JMG36K or advertising cookies such as _gcl_aw. Our tags configure a 90-day cookie lifetime without renewal on each visit. Google may also use local browser storage for advertising click identifiers. Data held by Google is subject to the service and account retention settings.

You can change either choice through Cookie settings in the footer, or select Reject all to withdraw both. We stop the affected measurement, remove its accessible first-party cookies and advertising click storage where applicable, and reload the page if a tag was already loaded. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing. You can also remove website storage in your browser settings.

The call-booking form stores unfinished details locally on your device to restore them. They are sent to us only when you submit the form. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address independently of your measurement choices.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, and afterwards only where export-control and customs rules require records to be retained. Then they are deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing (Articles 15 to 21). Write to info@conbulkdefence.com and we will respond.

You can also complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (ip-rs.si).

Changes to this notice

If our processing changes, this page will be updated and the date above revised.
